Prepress studio
Our prepress studio provides a complete PC platform to prepare for printing. Computer-to-plate technology is used to expose plate surfaces, with LUXEL VC-6 and RIP XMF image setters from Fuji. When the plates are exposed, resolution is between 150–200 lpi at 2540 dpi.
Preparation is done with the following programs:
Adobe Creative Suite 6
Corel Draw X4
KODAK Preps 6.0
CTP
Before exposure
We are able to make repro-proofs both coloured and black and white up to the maximum size of 610 x 430 mm
We can prepare an electronic proof that can be sent to you whenever you request it
